Our Beliefs

We believe that, as the Parish Church in Bassingbourn, we have a particular responsibility and privilege: to serve our village by helping us all to worship God, and to know and love our neighbours.

We sense that the key to both of these is hospitality: knowing that God loves us passionately, and welcomes us without a trace of reluctance, in turn enables us to be open with one another.

Thus we’re committed to do all we can to make our church ‘the hospitable heart’ of Bassingbourn, constantly generating life together, through regular services, mid-week small groups, one-off events, and any other way we can think of.
