The meetings will be held in Church on 16th May at 12.30, immediately following the service. The meeting will also be available on Zoom, including the ability to vote.
Anyone who is on the Electoral Roll of the Church or who lives in the Parish is able to attend the first meeting at which we will elect our Churchwardens.
This is followed by the APCM for everyone who is on the Church Electoral Roll.
If you are unable to attend please send written apologies to the PCC Secretary (Hilary Wallis), firstname.lastname@example.org
Elections will be held for the following posts -
Two posts of Churchwarden elected annually.
Four PCC vacancies - 3 for a period of 3 years and 1 for 2 years
Elections will be held during the meeting. Please think and pray whether any of these roles are for you. We would welcome anyone who would like to be involved promoting the mission of God in this parish! Anyone is welcome, old or young, with previous experience or never having done it before. The only qualification is a willingness to get stuck in! We meet every 4 to 6 weeks, usually on a Tuesday evening, currently the meetings are conducted via zoom but under normal circumstances we meet in the church room. If you think one of the above roles might be for you and you would like to discuss it please contact either Hilary or Renate or of course speak to any of the current PCC members.
The Church Electoral Roll has now been updated and includes those who submitted a form by the closing date of 30th April ( if you were not already on the roll ) . The new roll can be seen on the notice board at the back of Church . Full details are available from Hilary if you need to change or check anything. If you missed the deadline you can join the Electoral Roll at any time after the APCM.
