Our latest interview with Bishop Stephen of Ely

Picture
We were delighted to have the Rt Rev Stephen Conway to preach in January and took the opportunity to catch up with him about our "clear vision for the continued development of the church in Bassingbourn for the sake of the community and for generations to come".  It was a real encouragement to hear what he had to say.

Can you support us in our plans? To learn more about what how we propose to bring new life to the church please click here or see how you can support us by reading below.

Our Vision Statement sets out our passion to see ‘Lives transformed through knowing Jesus’ and it this Vision that motivates our desire to make changes to our building and that inspires us to give financially towards the project.

We have already been greatly blessed by the generosity of members of the congregation - an astonishing £80,000 was raised during our recent Gift Day.  Link here for practice

We are currently applying for a number of grants from charities and organisations that specialise in supporting the care of buildings and the growth of the Christian faith to help us raise the £800,000 we will need.  But we are also relying on the generosity of people like you to help us reach our goal. Supporting this project will enable our vision to fulfilled in worship, discipleship and outreach to the community so that we can see lives being transformed by the love of Jesus.
